Applications for the 2025-2026 Specialization Program schedule will open on September 10, 2025.
The Specialization Program provides Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) with the knowledge, skills and judgment required to practise safely and ethically before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) with the RCIC-IRB class of licence.
All active RCICs in good standing with the College will receive an email with additional information on how to apply. RCICs who wish to apply for the 2025-2026 schedule are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as spaces are limited.
