The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of College Licensees on December 3, 2026, at 1:30 pm ET. The event will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Downtown, located at 475 Yonge Street in Toronto.
To be eligible to attend or vote, licensees (RCICs and RISIAs) must be in good standing as of October 28, 2026. To check your status, please search the Public Register.
Licensees may attend the AGM, either in person or virtually. To participate in person, licensees must register in advance by November 20, 2026, at 5 pm ET. In-person seating is limited and will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Online registration will be open until December 3, 2026, at 10 am ET.
There is a cost associated with your in-person attendance, so we will reallocate your spot to another licensee if you cannot attend. Should you be unable to attend in person after registering, please be sure to cancel by November 20, 2026.
A Question and Answer Session will be held during the AGM. Questions must be submitted in advance by November 20, 2026, at 5 pm ET to secretariat@college-ic.ca. Licensees do not need to attend the AGM in person to submit a question.
