More than 2,200 licensees have completed the College’s Specialization Program since its launch in 2021, marking a significant milestone in the program’s growth.
The experiences and success stories of participating licensees continue to highlight the value of pursuing the RCIC-IRB class of licence and representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) with a Class L1 or Class L2 licence are encouraged to apply to join the program in the 2026-2027 schedule while applications are open.
To proceed:
- Review the Specialization Program Course and Live Tutorial Dates and Education Pathway Application Deadlines.
- Submit the Specialization Program Education Pathway Application Form.
- Pay the program fee when placed in a group.
